Just got a 2019 Buick Encore from here today! I’ve been looking for the perfect one for about a month now. I live in St. Louis and was about to purchase one, but I wasn’t 100% satisfied. I decided to do one final search online and was lucky enough to find a match. I was worried about it being in Springfield since I live in St. Louis. I decided to call and get some information on it. I worked with Mike Moss and he was absolutely exceptional! The first thing he did was send me pictures, and I explained some of the engine issues that I noticed on the one I was thinking about purchasing. He immediately took it out for a drive to see if he noticed the issues I was explaining to him. He was so prompt and honest with me about the condition of the vehicle. I expressed my concerns about the distance and without hesitation he said he would meet me halfway somewhere! I also worked with Bill (don’t remember his last name, sorry Bill) in financing. He also was exceptional! We did everything over the phone, he went into thorough detail about everything, answered all of my questions, and was patient with me in going over everything to make sure we were on the same page! They happened to have the exact vehicle I was looking for but the service they offered on top of that is the reason I definitely recommend working with these great people! I know I will definitely check them out first when I’m ready for another vehicle! Thank you SO much Mike and Bill for making this purchase so easy and hassle free! Great Experience
My wife and I were very pleased with the experience at this dealership. We were met properly when we walked in the door to ask about test driving the vehicle I located on cars.com. With minimal fuss, we were able to test drive the vehicle for an extended period of time and take it on a variety of roads and at various speeds. The car was in great shape and drove very well. There was only one minor discrepancy between the online features listing, the window sticker, and reality. Financing terms were agreeable to us and we bought the vehicle.

Amazing breakdown service!
In Sept/19 I was traveling from Canada back to SoCal (3K miles) when I broke down about 100mi north of Springfield, MO on I-44. I had my Boxster S towed by AAA to Napleton Porsche that afternoon. I was on the phone the rest of the day at various times with Mike, Roger (Service) and Jamie (Parts). Understanding that I was on the road, everyone did everything they could to prioritize getting parts for my old (2001) beast and getting back on the road. I arrived at noon the next day and fully expected that I would need a hotel for another day but much to my surprise my car was repaired and ready to go. I can’t thank everyone enough. Great service and I truly felt that everyone cared about getting me back on the road! Thank you!!!

Worst Auto Experience Ever
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Starting in April, my Jetta intermittently wouldn't start. I've taken it to this dealership 3 times now and they still haven't found the problem. Finally, after having it for 3 weeks they suggested replacing the fuel relay. They charged me for the part and a diagnostic. It didn't fix the problem and now they are refusing to work on my car. This is the most incompetent and unprofessional business I've ever encountered.

Failed to take responsibility for cross threading bolts
When I took my 2013 Beetle TDI in to have the factory diesel upgrade, two of the four sub-frame mounting bolts were cross threaded on reassembly but was not discovered until I had to return some months later to replace a faulty EPA filter. This factory warranty filter was serviced by the VW dealer in Frisco Texas and when the sub-frame was removed to replace the filter the cross threaded bolts were observed. I was told to fix this problem it would require a section of the main frame or the car to be replaced at a cost of $4,400. When I contacted the Springfield VW dealer, both the service manager, Derek, and the general manager, Drew, declined to take responsibility for the damage caused while in their shop. So now I am personally responsibility for this repair due to their refusal to make any attempt to make things right.

Awful
This place has caused me so much money and stress already. I just bought a used car there three weeks ago and it is already no longer running. When I spoke to Bill Hall, the finance individual, I explained some of the issues my car was having and he told me to reset the transmission notification light....which obviously doesn’t fix the whole fact that my car isn’t running properly and revving up on its own, etc. The used car warranty is actual garbage and doesn’t cover major repairs. I will now spend thousands of dollars more to fix a used car that I even bought for more than it was worth. I understand there are positive reviews for this dealership and that is likely for new cars. What really can go wrong with a brand new car? But, the used car and service sales should be a testament to their character and hopefully will warn people to stay away.

Easy to work with
Noah was easy to work with and did his part to get us the exact car we wanted.. Additionally, he was very patient and helpful knowing I was having difficulty making a commitment to a new car/car payment after not having had any payment for some time.
