I had worked with several dealers both in Dayton and Cincinnati as well as their respective Internet Sales reps and Mandy was BY FAR the best I worked with. She has a very fun personality and was great to work with. I especially appreciated the emailing back and forth and phone calls to help make as much progress as possible before I drove the hour to Cincy from Dayton. Being in sales myself, I understand the importance of trying to earn business from a client, and Mandy absolutely earned my business and I look forward to purchasing another Nissan from her years from now! Have and will continue to recommend her to those I talk with.

Excellent customer service. These men will take care of you from step one through the end. Nissan is an excellent product, and they stand by it proudly. Justin goes above and beyond and Eric is a joy to work with. Selwyn in financing knows what he is doing. Trust Jeff Wyler Nissan! We've purchased 4 cars from them already!

i first contacted the dealership on line to inquire about...

i first contacted the dealership on line to inquire about a nissan altima. that day i received mail from both dave and chester. answering all the questions i had asked. a second email came from dave offering a discount if i came in the same week. unfortunately i was out of town. dave offfer to hole the discount until i was back in town and could make. i was ver impressed. i see no reason why i would ever want to shop at any other dealership. this so far has been a great experience. thanks mike scalf

great sales staff willing to work with people, i had...

great sales staff willing to work with people, i had surgery the day my frontier was delivered to the dealership i was not able to go tho the dealership to pick up my truck so they drove it up to my home 20 minutes away dropped it off i signed some papers they hoped in the dealerships vehicle and drove off into the sunset...... now thats service...................

I gave this dealership good ratings because I felt like it was the only dealership that not only worked with me but for me. I told Chris what I wanted and he got it for me, overall the staff just makes you feel welcome. Any time I have a question or concern I can call chris and he will do everything in his power to help me.

Jeramy helped us every step of the way with our purchase at Jeff Wyler Kia, and was able to help us find a great car that fit our family's budget. The rest of the sales staff have all been very helpful as well. We are confident that we will be making future purchases from this dealership.

This dealer goes out of there way to make sure you are satisfied. I have been contacted many times from their dealership after the sale to maek sure everything is going allright with the vehicle and that I'm still satisfied with KIA and Jeff Wyler. Don't go anywhere else...

Mandy filled in originally as a sales person. She was...

Mandy filled in originally as a sales person. She was very helpful. Eric, the manager, we actually worked with on the actual car, the price and what we wanted. Overall there was very good customer service. All of our questions and requests were answered in detail. Everyone had a good hold on experience and was very helpful on our purchase. It was a good experience buying from them.

Chet and his managers did a great job of working with us...

Chet and his managers did a great job of working with us both on the price of our new car and the trade value of our old car, and even went the extra mile to help us locate the model we wanted with the options we wanted, even though it ended up being all the way down in North Carolina. Not an easy task, as we had very specific needs, and we're at the end of the model year. The only slight gripe I had with the process was that it was very expensive to get the car from NC, but I don't blame Chet or Jeff Wyler Fairfield Nissan for that.

I had shopped at other Nissan Dealerships in the...

I had shopped at other Nissan Dealerships in the Cincinnati area and found Jeff Wyler Nissan to have the friendliest sales staff (Justin Roberts). They gave me a great deal on my NEW Altima and I have nothing but quick and easy routine maintainence visits also. These guys are great!!
