Chad Cline was my salesman and he was great to deal with. He was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him and I liked his sales approach. I will ask for him again when looking for another car. I had visited several other dealerships and did not get the same level of attention

Why Bye a car at Jeff Wyler
Salesman Chad Cline was very helpful and very honest. Will ask for him the next time I buy from Jeff Wyler. Chad didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I went to two other dealership and all they did was waste my time.

Competative pricing and a fast buying experience.
My Fiencé and I recently bought a 2016 Kia Sorento 3.3 LX AWD from JW Eastgate. We went to two other dealerships and felt the sales were pushed and rushed. We knew the value was t there and felt like we were being taken advantage of. The other dealerships quoted a base 2.4 FWD with no convenience options for MORE than we paid for the 3.3 LX AWD with the convenience package. I called and gave Kristan all of our information and my trade in vehicle info on Tuesday. Alex Biddle called me back within an hour and assured me he would beat the price of the other dealerships. Kristan got the quote together and called a few hours later. We were amazed that they could give us twice the car for 10.00 less a month than the other dealerships "rock bottom; we're losing money here" prices. We made the drive from Beavercreek on Wednesday and were out with our new car in about an hour and a half. 100% satisfaction and we left feeling great about our purchase. I will not be buying/leasing future vehicles anywhere else. Thanks!

Horrible Experience. Cheated, Deceived & Disrespected Me
REVIEW ONLY ON JEFF WYLER CHEVY, BATAVIA: ----------------------------------------------------------------- I called in asking for a 2014 Chevy Cruze which was priced $14,449 on cars.com, but the representative indeed told me what if he gives a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze for the same price, and invited me to the dealership. I was shocked and fascinated by his offer and I indeed visited his showroom the same day, Keith Beach and Andrew Beckman assisted me. the price he quoted me then was $18000 out of the door. I mean, to make the customer drop by, they promise something which they cannot keep up. I don't know how many customers have wasted their time like me in believing their false stories and visiting the dealership and leaving out disappointed and frustrated. This is a very very bad way of doing business, they need to learn a lesson before they even think of doing this with someone else. They didn't even apologize me for what they have done to me, such is the quality of their customer service. I would like everyone to read this review and be aware of this dealer and NEVER EVER BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM.

We would like to express our apologies for the confusion that took place when you visited our dealership. We spoke with the Sales Manager and he believes the confusion took place when picking out the 2015 Cruze. It was a different package and it had more options than the one they could sell you for around the same price as the 2014. It should have been expressed to you that the 2015 was a base package vehicle. We are very sorry for the mistake and we thank you for bringing it to our attention. This is an issue we have addressed with our staff and hopefully something like this will not occur again in the future.
IMPRESSIVE CHARACTER
While I was not actively looking to purchase a vehicle, I was with another person looking to purchase, while there a vehicle caught my eye and I really liked it. Mr. Larry Moore spoke with me about the vehicle that caught my eye, never being pushy about my intentions, but being very strong about the character of the vehicle. I know that you have an employee who cares about the character of the company yet has the customers experience at the dealership first and foremost. I did purchase the vehicle.

Purchased a vehicle on 10/10
Aubrey did anything he could to make the experience easier on us during our entire day. They were able to be efficient with our time and make sure we weren't wasting it while we were there. Aubrey and Andrew did absolutely anything they could to make our deal work. They were swift and went over and beyond my expectations with the vehicle I purchased. I would recommend this team to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle even if they think they might not qualify. I will absolutely be returning to this dealership.

He changed my opinion of Jeff Wyler!!!!
We walked onto the lot and Sam Kasem greeted us with a smile and asked those words How can I help you, what are you looking for? He met our challenges with ease and grace, was the absolute best experience I ever had buying a vehicle! He came thru on his word completely, and I love my Xterra we bought! Sam totally changed how I felt about car salesman and about Jeff Wyler Eastgate!!! I actually hugged him goodbye and had tears in my eyes from pure happiness of the experience! !!! Thank you Sam, because if you I will recommend you and Jeff Wyler eastgate to my friends and family!!!!

Very comfortable process
