My experience with this dealership & Kelli Alexnder was very pleasant. She answered all my questions clearly & fully. I got the price that I wanted. Just could not have been better. By the way I love my Nissan Sentra.

Brent Myers(my sales associates) and Jacob Shepherd(manager with Chevrolet) made my experience AWESOME. they were knowledgeable in every aspect, and also very honest. they were pleasant to work with and so professional. i didnt feel like i was signing my life away, i felt like i got a car i wanted and could be happy with for the term of my loan. with no hesitation, i WILL do business with jeff wyler again!

I received a mailer from this company requesting and...

I received a mailer from this company requesting and opportunity to buy my 2007 Nissan Altima, no purchase required. Upon visiting this dealership, I learned that it was just another scam, and they had no intention of giving me the price they offered in the flyer, in fact thousands less. I truly believe this constant misrepresentation is the reason people don't like the whole car buying experience, and dealer loyalty is a thing of the past. I was prepared, and told the salesman that if they actually did what their flyer offered, I was prepared to make a deal and drive a new Nissan home. Not even close!! Shame on you for wasting my time and yours. I'm still looking for a new car, but I'm not looking at your dealerships.

Lease of New 2013 Nissan Maxima SV

This was my second new car purchase from Jeff Wyler in Eastgate. I continue to be impressed by the professional salespeople and the top notch automobile maintenance department. My salesmen was Chris Patton. Chris is just a great guy to do business with. He explained all of the options I had for leasing a new car. He was very knowledgable regarding the Nissan Maxima SV with sports package, He was genuinely concerned that I made the right decsion for the right reasons. He was one of those sales people who had a no pressure style. He was very customer focused. He took me for a test drive and I was sold on the car and the decsion I made to purchase from Jeff Wyler. Chris worked with me and got me the absolute best deal possible and spent the time to get me a car with all of the options I requested in the color I wanted. Without a doubt I am very satisfied with my purchase experience and plan to make Jeff Wyler my dealer of choice and Chris my salesmen from this point forward. My "Great" dealer rating reflects my satisfaction with my purchase experience.

I recently purchased a 2009 Ford Fusion from Jeff Wyler....

I recently purchased a 2009 Ford Fusion from Jeff Wyler. Because of my past, less than great credit, and lack of, shall we say, impressive amount of down payment, I was somewhat doubtful that I would be able to make a deal at all. The Wyler staff that worked with me to find financing, amazed me by, not only finding me a way to get financed, but also placing me in a newer, and nicer auto than I thought would be possible. Justin Roberts even helped me find much more affordable auto insurance, than my own insurance company would offer. Then, a couple of days after my purchase, I had an issue with my car. I was worried when I called to report it, that I might get a run around, instead, the response was that of concern, and desire to rectify the issue at once. When it became obvious that it would take a day longer to resolve the problem, a loaner car was offered without my having to even ask, and it was brought to my home. It is this kind of after purchase service, that means the most to me, and keeps me coming back to any business. My experience with the Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall has been most positive, and I will certainly tell anyone looking for a new or used auto, to go there first. Barry Bradley Cincinnati,Oh.

I drove over 3 hours to get to the dealership, not...

I drove over 3 hours to get to the dealership, not exactly happy with traffic by the time of my arrival, the salesman was very nice and got me in a much better buying mood. I had the best experience ever from Joe that I look forward to future purchases from him. I never felt pressured or obligated to buy anything even after hours while waiting on the banks the salesman never tried to convince me to buy something I didn't like or want! My happiness was put first! I would highly recommend seeing Joe for a purchase! I have many of his cards to give to all family and friends!
