Used Car Purchase

Overall, we had a good experience buying from this dealership. They gave us a loaner car to drive while some repairs were being made on our Honda Element. You don't expect that kind of service when buying a used car. The repairs they made were great.

Poor Follow Up

About two weeks ago I called the dealership with specific questions about the new 2017 Buick LaCrosse. I spoke to Matt, who was somewhat helpful, but could not answer all of my questions while on the phone with me. He needed to speak with either a manager or someone responsible for their inventory. He took my contact information and told me he'd get back with me. I have yet to hear from Matt. Around a week ago, I requested information from Buick's website, which somehow got filtered down to the dealership where I was contacted by Christina. Christina sent me three emails on a Sunday, introducing herself and asking me various questions. I took the time to answer those questions. I laid everything out on the line as far as me timeframe for purchasing, and the three vehicles I was interested in the 2017 LaCrosse, the 2016 LaCrosse, and the 2016 Regal GS. I have yet to get a response from Christina. Apparently, business is very good at Jeff Wyler Buick, because Matt and Christina must be incredibly busy to blow of a customer who is prepared to purchase a vehicle as soon as the 2017 LaCrosse is released. Fortunately for me, there are about five other Buick dealerships in the area (although not as conveniently located) that I'm sure would love my business. First impressions are everything. Jeff Wyler Buick may have treated others right, but I'm walking away unimpressed.

We would like to start by saying thank you for taking the time to let us know about the bad experience you had when inquiring with our dealership. We are very sorry for what happened and there is no excuse, we dropped the ball. We do our best to handle every customer to the best of our ability and unfortunately, we failed in this case. New Truck Purchase

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. See Christina Goderwis...she was super friendly. She also spent a lot of time going over all the features and setting up everything. I will definitely recommend to my friends and future purchases. PS...I LOVE the vehicle!

Easy and pleasant experience.

After visiting various dealers and having them act as if they cared less if I bought a car. Christina and Jason at Wyler GMC in Florence answered emails within minutes and had the car I was looking for. Gave me a price..Set up an appointment for a test drive on line - I bought the car. Customer service is the name of the game!

Overall great experience

Lost my truck in a accident and all the folks at Florence Wyler GMC was absolutely amazing the way they took care of me and worked with me while waiting on the insurance company to settle

Recommendation

David Navrau was excellent in what he does. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is very satisfied. I had to be somewhere important the day I was in to purchase the vehicle. Dave made sure that everything was expedited to the fullest. He goes over everything about the vehicle. He helped me with my sirus radio and onstar and made sure both were set up correctly.

Complicated trade - No problem

The diesel engine on my F350 blew a head gasket and I decided to purchase a new Denali instead of repair it. I had two Harley's and a huge trailer that I no longer used and wanted to trade as well. I spoke with Steve Genetti on the phone about what I wanted to do and he said we should be able to work a deal. My wife and I live over an hour away and didn't make it to the showroom until 7:00 pm with all our vehicles loaded on this giant trailer. Unfortunately when we got there Steve wasn't there due to a family emergency but Matt Thomas was fully briefed on our situation and the Denali we wanted and got to work right away. Because of the complicated trade the general manager Jason Rebholz and used car manager Mark Verdon also were involved. I have to say the entire process was very positive. We never felt like we were an inconvenience due to the late hour and complicated situation. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. After a little back and forth we got an offer for trade that was very close to what I wanted and the deal on the Denali 3500 was right on. Our experience with Chad Anderson in finance was equally good. I can't say enough about the buying experience. I have purchased fifteen vehicles over the years and this one by far was the most fun I've had doing it. My daughter is heading to college next year and if she earns a full scholarship we are getting her a new car. We have had one in mind but that may change to a GMC after this experience.

Dan Maloney WONDERFUL salesman

Bought a used 2010 Chevy Equinox last week. Had a couple concerns on the vehicle took it to there service department without any problems they fixed my concerns on them an no cost to my wallet. Dan was a great salesman couldn't have had a better one, He was all about my likings an needs and made sure I didn't drive off the lot with something I wasn't happy with. Usually you can go to a car lot and tell them salesman are all about there commission Dan on the other hand is the complete opposite. He's all about making his costumer happy and filling there dreams when coming to purchase a new vehicle. Service, salesman, financing, parts & cashier departments are all such a huge help as I have had to deal with each of those in the past week. Thank You Jeff Wyler Florence & Staff. You have a satisfied costumer right here! :)

Chad Anderson @ Jeff Wyler Great Buying Experience

Internet Manager Chad provided prompt, professional service....I found my SRX4 on Cars.com on a Sunday night, scheduled a test drive for 5 PM Monday afternoon and, by Monday evening, I was the proud owner of my new vehicle. I cannot say enough about how smoothly the sales process went and I thank Chad for making my experience enjoyable!
