Unhappy Customer

I would not recommend this dealership nor will I ever buy another vehicle from here! Financed me through one place then said I HAD to do auto pay and when calling the credit union I did not. So to make things more complicated they put it through another credit union! 4 trips to this dealership to close this deal because they kept forgetting something or needed something else! We live 45 min away! 3 days temp tags expire and still do not have tags! Call them and they say it will be at least another couple weeks to come for new temp tags! Dealer was very friendly and great to work with that's all I will give this place! Your time means nothing to them! Was there half a day buying the car.

We are very sorry for the bad experience you received from our dealership. We definitely should have done things better and not had you jump through so many hoops to arrange your financing. New SUV Purchase

I purchased a new 2017 GMC Acadia Denali from Kevin Meier last week. Kevin is a very nice guy and had very good knowledge about the products he sells and helps with the buying process to really get the absolute best pricing. I received a very good deal on an excellent SUV. My wife and I went on a test drive with several SUV's for various dealers and decided on the Acadia. We also really like another sales person from Jeff Wyler GMC and his name is Skyler. He went with us on the test drives and was extremely helpful. I am in sales and I know the meaning of being knowledgeable about the products you sell. Anyway the sales experience was great other than is took a long time to get through the financial process but I know they were busy and it was around Christmas. Great job Kevin and Jeff Wyler. Pleasant Experience

I purchased a car and dealt with Kevin and I think it was Michael. Michael is a new guy and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Here's a hint, if your short of anything to say bring up horror movies and sit back.

I purchased a newer model vehicle from a sleezy salesman who lied to me about multiple things. The vehicle had multiple issues that were a pain to get fixed. To give you an idea of how uncaring and shady this place is, I drove the vehicle off of the lot on empty. That's how much they appreciated me, I drove away on E, with a vehicle that had multiple issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Used car purchase

I worked with Justin and Jordan and they made the car buying process very easy going. The actual deal itself was extremely long but it was something out of their control. Once we purchased the car, they took the time to show us how all of the features worked in the car. Jordan was even willing to watch our kids during our deal! They aren't your typical car salesmen, which we really liked.

What a disappointment

Scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle at this dealer with a woman over the phone one day prior to appointment. She informed us she would be out and made arrangements for someone else to show it and help with the test drive. When we arrived the person showing us the car quickly got the keys and pulled it around. However as soon as we opened the doors it stank of smoke. We decided to drive it anyway knowing we wouldn't purchase a smelly car but to get a feel for the make and model. The man showing us the car apologized and said he was not aware of the appointment until 1 hour prior and so he did not look at the car first. He said they must not have put it through "the cleaning yet." I don't know what any lot would show a car that wasn't clean but either way he assured us that the woman would be in touch the following day to schedule another time after it had been cleaned. I did not hear from the lot again until 2 weeks later when I was on my way to purchase another car. I would have happily given this lot the chance to earn my business should the woman have promptly called to apologize and reschedule a test drive with a clean smelling car.

Jeff Wyler dealers have always been good to us. Christina and John were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful during the entire process! We love our new Acadia! I would highly recommend them in Florence for your next purchase!

Dave Navarre

Dave was very patient with my back an forth offers and he was very responsive when I texted or emailed him. The 1st visit to the dealership, was to see a truck that I thought was a short bed, but ended up being a long bed. However as fate would have it, they had just rec'd a new short bed with everything I was looking for. That being said, it was not a done deal. We worked through some minor details and was able to come to an agreement.

Love this dealership

I went in for repair and left with a new car. Purchase a 2010 equinox 2014 and I love that car so I was like I'm going to trade in my car it time for a change so I did it when I say it nothing but love at the dealership they make you feel welcome even the service was great I like to thank Bill Monhollen who help me so on that note go and visit Jeff Wyler Buick GMC Ky
