We recently visited here to test drive a used Subaru.

We recently visited here to test drive a used Subaru. The list price on the website was about $9,200. After the first test drive, we asked if we could take it to a mechanic the next day to have it looked at, and we were told that was fine, but the car had already passed their inspection that was required before any cars go onto the lot. The next day we come in to take it out to the mechanic, and the mechanic says it needed new brakes, spark plugs, and a few minor parts replacements, totaling about 1k in service that would be needed in the next year. We brought the car back with the mechanic report, but were told they couldn't talk numbers until the vehicle passed their own service inspection because apparently it "wasn't finished," despite us being assured the day before it had already passed. They wouldn't even take a look at the documents from our trusted mechanic. The NEXT day they send over their inspection results and the brakes check out fine, and they say they can't lower the price because they're below the carfax value. In response we send copies of the mechanic report but were left on read and never received a response. Be warned used car buyers, make sure to take it to a mechanic!

I would not have a vehicle serviced here.

I would not have a vehicle serviced here. It tool over one month to get vehicle repaired. Estimate was for around 4200.00 dollars apex. 3 weeks later I was informed that the new estimate was 9200.00 on a vehicle that has less than 50,000 miles . I had to tex. the dealer ship for up date on repair

Unsure as to why they refused to sell to me.

Unsure as to why they refused to sell to me. My credit score is significantly high and even had my own financing. After the first phone call there was dead silence. Super disappointing because I was ready to buy.

Salesman was great but couldn’t make it for our

Salesman was great but couldn’t make it for our appointment. Substitute salesman sold the car 5 minutes before our appointment. Management topped off gas but .. if driving a long way, think twice

I tried to buy a car at this dealership.

I tried to buy a car at this dealership. Emails voicemails were sent but no response. Questions that are important to a buyer were not answered at all. That is pretty fishy to me and absolutely unprofessional . Even the sales manager misbehaved the same way. I take lots of those 4 and 5 star reviews were either fake or bought

Bob was great help. Little pricey but worth it for what I needed for. Another 8 years of payment like normal. And for the price of repairs on cars needs some adjustment for people who bought the cars from there. How about better discounts.

REALLY!?

Still waiting on backup sensor. IT'S BEEN 14 MONTHS! Got the letter, it was in. Called to schedule install. Was told we don't know what you're talking about, but we'll order it.
