Our first Jeff Wyler experience was unbelievable!! We visited the Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence Dealership for a car. Chris Hamm, our Salesman, was perfection. We were not your average sale. He made magic happen for us, and, a sale for his company. We bought used this time, but, in the future it will be Jeff Wyler exclusively and hopefully a new Honda with Chris Hamm, the MAN! Seriously, Chris is a caring, knowledgeable, and a highly energetic professional. Chris is a natural. Most of the employees at the Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence Dealership were exceptional, including, Gina Reis our Finance Manager. We have the utmost of respect for the Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence family. In the future, it is only Jeff Wyler for us.

When I walked into Jeff Wyler to see Chad, I started out just looking around. I was told I needed to go see him first before I went anywhere else. But I had no idea I was about to start leasing my FIRST BRAND NEW CAR! Chad couldn't have been more understanding and patient when I came in with all my crazy first timer questions and his confidence in Honda made me confident too ! He knew just how to talk to me and made me comfortable in a new situation. I'm so proud to have had my first car buying experience with Chad and I hope if I ever have to go anywhere else, everyone is as wonderful and helpful as he was! My new 2014 Honda CR-V is perfect and I hope anyone who's a first time buyer or is even just beginning to look around, comes to see Chad so they know how a great car salesman should be!

Chris and Dan were very pleasant and worked hard to get the van I wanted in the color I wanted. There just was not any out there at this time. We thought about what they had on the lot and it wasn't exactly what I would have chosen. We went home and thought about it. We ended up buying a van off the lot. I was satisfied with it and they gave me a really good price.They were not pushy and gave me ample time to think about what I wanted. Thanks Chris and Dan. We are loving the van.

Going into the dealership, my head was full of horror stories. Being a single, young, female that fit into that stereotypical girl category, who was always told I'd get taken advantage of at dealerships. To my surprise it wasn't like that at all. I was greeted promptly and was treated as if I was family. I wasn't pushed into anything, and I left with my dream car! I have never enjoyed the car buying experience, it was as bad as going to the dentist. However, I had a great new car experience at Jeff Wyler Honda. I initially set out to just look and compare vehicles. I had very specific color restrictions, size limits, and other specifications that I was looking for in a vehicle. Chad was respectful to my specifications and didn't try to push anything I wasn't interested in. He was very a smooth salesperson and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles he showed me. This helped me to fall in love with the exact vehicle I was looking for within a very brief moment. He guided me directly to the car of my dreams and calmed any fears I had of the variety of new gadgets that come standard with the Honda CRV. He calmly explained how to use all the gadgets on steering wheel, radio, phone connection, and especially the rearview camera. I didn't think I would like all these gadgets, but after the test drive, I was hooked and fell in love with the rearview camera. Chad took the time to show me everything about the Honda CRV despite that the store was near closing hours. I loved the Mountain Metallic color of the CRV, and the AWD was a plus , along with the Econ Boost. Throughout the negotiation process, Chad respected my financial limits, and a deal was closed in a relatively short time. Usually closing a deal can feel like the dentist pulling teeth But Chad didn't made the buying experience GREAT. Again, I came only to look and test vehicles, but Chad made finding the right vehicle, demonstrating all the aspects and benefits of the vehicle with patience, and a smooth transaction process within our financial limits helped to make buying a new car EASY and FUN. All this was done near closing time and we weren't finished till after closing, yet Chad never rushed us to close the doors, even when we offered to return the next day to finish closing the deal. I never felt like I was being rushed or pushed into something I would regret. This is the first time that I actually ENJOYED buying a new car. I LOVE my NEW HONDA CRV - AWD and I am so grateful to our salesperson, Chad Jasper and all the other employees of Jeff Wyler HONDA that I have met. Everyone is so friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable.

Seriously!!! Buy from Chad!! My wife and I have purchased 100 or more cars in our life time, for our family and for our company. We retired in 2008 and moved to Kentucky from Youngstown, Ohio. Being a GM family member our first choice was to go to Tom Gill Chevy in Florence where my wife and I were treated horribly and had difficulty even getting a price for a car. (WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!) Then we were introduced to Jeff Wyler Honda and we never looked back. My wife and I have purchased at least 12 cars in the last 6 years ALL FROM JEFF WYLER OF FLORENCE, Even with the eligibility of a GM discount on vehicles we would rather by foreign from WYLER. We purchased 3 more cars this year; A Jeep Wrangler, a Nissan Murano, and a Toyota Camry. Chad Jasper was our sales person and he knocked it out of the park!!! We have never been more comfortable with a salesman, been treated more respectfully, nor have we seen a salesman go as far out of his or her way to make our purchasing experience more fun and enjoyable. I have 100% confidence that: if we need anything or in the rare instance that we should have a problem that Chad has our back.
