Fantastic Car Buying Experience

This was the first time I bought a car by myself and the service and professionalism of Chad Jasper, the salesman, made it such an easy process. Everyone went out of their way to make my car buying experience a pleasant experience. They were very patient and took the time I needed to be comfortable with the purchase of my car. I have already recommended them to my friends and family and would definitely go back to Chad and Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence when I am ready to purchase another car.

Regular service

Had my oil change and 4 new tires on Friday June 13th. Called Monday for appt to check out vibration in steering wheel when applying my brakes. The found out what the problem was.

Go see Chad Jasper at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence

I recently bought a 2014 Honda Civic EX at Jeff Wyler in Florence (from Chad Jasper). Some might say I traded down going from an Accord to a Civic but the way I see it both are excellent cars - because they are Hondas. I loved the size, features, etc. of this new Civic so much. As a woman, I have to say there is a certain amount of dis-trust, uncertainty about any dealership but I liked this dealership and I enjoyed working with Chad. He is just genuinely a nice, non-pushy guy who takes his time and cares about his customer. I highly recommend him, Jeff Wyler - and of course buying a Honda. You can't go wrong.

Two in One

On May 31, 2014 my wife and I stopped in to Wyler Honda in Florence to buy a new Accord for her. The day started with a test drive in the car she was interested in and moved to the showroom floor to talk specifics about price and options. Shawn was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. While waiting for our trade-in to be looked at, I began to look around the lot and showroom on my own. Having been a Honda owner on two separate occasions, I know about Honda performance, quality and durability. Before the day was over we drove off in two new Accords. Shawn made the whole buying experience at Wyler very pleasant with a no-pressure approach and the dealership never put on a "power play" to push their product. Almost all of our questions were answered while testing system features before we drove off and those that were not were written down by Shawn for an answer at a later date. Also, Shawn was able to get a service appointment within a week to add a few features to my wife's car. Dealing with Shawn and the Wyler team was a great experience for us.

Ballad of the Green Berets

My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord Sport from Shawn McGreevy at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. I have never been more impressed with a car purchasing experience in my life. The dealership was great but best of all was Shawn. Not once did I feel like I was being sold a car. He made the entire experience enjoyable! Warranty issue

I feel that Steve really worked hard with Honda to verify that the work I needed was going to be covered. My experience was very positive. The Service Center is very clean and well organized. I will definitely go back there for my service.
