I purchased my pre-owned MB thru Autobahn and purchased the extended service warranty. The service has been fantastic. My tire pressures were funky and had me going into see them every few months. Never did they make me wait and took care of me immediately. No appointment! Strongly recommend.

I bought my first Mercedes from this dealership over 18 years ago, went back for my moms car 10 years ago and came back recently for mine. Each and everyone of my experiences exceeds my expectation. The sales representatives Saed and Vikram were truly amazing. They were honest in their responses and allowed me to decide what was best for me based on their input, feedback and knowledge. We, my husband and I were treated exceptionally. I work for a financial institution that prides itself on a privilege to serve our clients and make them feel special. That is the expectation I have set my bar too for my experience and with this transaction Autobahn Motors met that. Such a great experience and relationship.

Called dealership told them I wanted to buy a car on their lot. I was out of the area and wanted to know what to do to make a purchase. I was told I'd get a return call I didn't. Called back hours later same story, but they called when I was unavailable. Called back next morning said I wanted to buy car . We'll call you back. Switched to a different person said they would get info called me back. Talked to this sales guy said we could make a deal. Handed me off again to guy I worked with next day. He said would get paperwork out on Mon , because it was Sunday. Monday new guy handling stuff "What's your name? What do you want?" "We should be able to get paperwork mailed tomorrow. send a cashiers check so we won't have to wait for it to clear."paperwork arrived with a price $300 too much. Said they would refund difference. Called Friday morning one week later, "Did you get my check?" No we will let you know when it arrives." Called back in the evening , no check had arrived according to dealership. Called Fed EX, package was delivered and signed for 12 hours ago (it was there when I called in the morning!) Called back, they finally found it and told me I would have to wait up to 7 business days for it to clear. I told them I was coming down to pick it up the vehicle next day. The next morning some new guy called and asked where I got the money for the cashiers check. What the....? I went to pick up my truck and waited 90 minutes for detailing. I still haven't received my overpayment and can't get a person to speak to me about it. Worst experience dealing with a dealership ever. I felt like a suspect nor a customer. Still haven't gotten my money back.

Very unfortunate experience dealing with this car dealer for the first time. Not all the correct information about the car that I bought was disclosed. In the process of dealing with the car's manufacturer because this dealer can't do anything. Very unprofessional service.

Qui and Autobahn were fantastic to go through the car-buying experience with. Qui in particular kept me up-to-date on the status of the car I had ordered, as well as took me through the ins and outs of all the options both on the car itself, and on the financial side of the process. I enjoyed being at Autobahn Motors, and never had any doubts I was getting the best service from a great group of people. Top to bottom, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience, and would encourage others to visit Autobahn if they are considering purchasing a new MB.

My service manager Anthony at Autobahn dealership is amazing, he has all around knowledge and give me the very good service. I get my car back on time with both clean in and out. The Autobahn Motors in Belmont is No 1 dealership in Bay Area. I just simply love it.
