the service adviser was familiar with my car, which i was very pleased. he understood my request of having the issue with my car troubleshooted rather than replacing a part to see if it works. he informed me of their findings and the solution. as for the service performed, the needed parts were from the manufacture in Germany took some time to arrive. the service and repairs, at this time, appears to be great.

I love going to the dealer, the service is great and the employees are great. I took my car for service and it was fast and the gave me a loaner to run errands.

We were treated well and especially appreciated the gifts to complete our buying experience.

Tire was replaced while I waited. No issues, very helpful service advisor.

Talk to Mike V. If you're looking at the new metris. I traded in the loaded minivan for more space and got a fairly loaded Mercedes metris add an incredible great price friendly service. In and out in about an hour and a half test drive trade in and done.

I needed my tires replaced and service can definitely be improved. Tire pressure was not filled per vehicle requirements, scheduling an appointment was also a challenge.

I appreciate great service and I tend to think I have high expectations. Johnny Lam by far is the best service advisor there is at Autobahn. My first service experience with another advisor wasn't pleasant and since I've been working with Johnny he has exceeded my expectations every time. He's friendly right when I get there! He is thorough and takes time to explain the service which I appreciate. He's quick and efficient and gets you on your way. He knows his product and stays on top of the needs of your vehicle at the current time and also looking forward to needs in the future. He is a great communicator and keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle in ways that are convenient for me. He gets the work done timely and has great follow through.
