Excellent service by salesman. He introduce us to the sales manager.And also the account manager was very nice and respectful. Facilities was very clean and also everybody that we talked to was very helpful.

Nick Serrano is the best when it comes to Service Managers. Knowledgeable, excellent customer service skills, and I always feel like I get the royal treatment when I come in. Most of all I trust him which says a lot when it comes to service needs.

Went in for routine service. Was going to take longer than usual so they provided a free courtesy vehicle. Additional repairs needed were promptly communicated and accurately estimated. Car was ready on time.

I have gotten THE BEST SERVICE since I started coming here 16 years ago. This time was because I had a flat tire (on the freeway) the night before and AAA put the spare on and said I needed a new tire because the sidewall was punctured. I called Service in the morning and was advised I could bring it in right away. My service advisor, Joe Thompson, wrote it up quickly and I left. He called a few hours later and said the car was ready and washed. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised to find I only had to pay about $25 because I had replaced the tires 4 months prior and it was covered under their hazard warranty! My car was ready and waiting when I arrived and Joe offered coffee, bottled water - the amazing service just goes on and on and on. Over the years I have come to trust Autobahn to be honest with the repairs needed, to be fair in cost, and to get it repaired in a reasonable amount of time and they have never let me down. The service is impeccable and everyone is professional and friendly. They have never given me one reason to look elsewhere for service. And, if I have wait for my car, they have an espresso machine and free wifi!
