My wife and I went into the dealership to just look at a G-Class to get a feel for whether or not it was the right car for us. When we went in, we were greeted with open arms. Even though I was just dressed in workout clothes, the Feeras greeted me and treated me with exceptional service. He was happy to show us and tell us about the highest end G-Class they had in the showroom, even though we knew we couldn't afford it, and then showed us a Used vehicle that was within our budget. From the the test drive, to all the questions we had, Feeras was excellent in giving us the realistic picture of what it would be like to own a G-Class. He told us about all the great things he loved about the car and also the cons we should be aware of. He was fully transparent and never pressured us into buying the car just to make the sale. The negotiations were fair and Fuad helped do everything he could to make both sides happy with the transaction. Jagdeep was super helpful throughout the financial process as well, which went smooth. I would recommend anyone to work with these guys because they were helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

When I walked into the Mercedes Benz dealership, I was really impressed with how professional and helpful everyone was. David Chao especially made a big difference. He wasn’t just trying to sell me any car; he listened to what I wanted and quickly found the perfect car for me. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. David also spent a lot of time showing me how everything in the car worked. He knew all about the car’s features and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear he wanted to make sure I’d enjoy driving my new car. Jorge was great, too. He made the leasing process easy. Usually, leasing a car involves a lot of paperwork and can be pretty confusing, but Jorge explained everything clearly and took care of all the details. This made the whole process smooth and stress-free. In the end, getting my new car was a fantastic experience thanks to David and Jorge. Their knowledge, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. I felt like they cared about making sure I was happy and comfortable with my new car. Wouldn?t really recommend for used car purchases. I went in to sign a deal for a used 2020 GLB and was told the car was unavailable for a test drive nor was it available on the lot for me to see. I was told by the salesperson this car is in great condition but needed some work done so they asked me to come back a few days later. On my way to the shop, I got a call saying it?s still not ready since they were ?replacing? the bumper so I waited another week. I?ve asked for pictures of the car but they refused to send it to me and also had the audacity to tell me to wait a little longer even after I waited 2 weeks. It took over 2 weeks to even see the car and once I signed and drove off, I realize none of the bumpers were replaced with the back bumper having some major dents and scratches. I don?t understand why I even waited an extra week when they didn?t even replace any of the bumpers or even fix the cosmetic damages. I can say 2 stars for the salesperson for being nice but being nice doesn?t cut it and this was by far one of the worst car purchasing experience. I would recommend everyone to make sure to see the car in person and not be pressured to sign anything prior to that.

I appreciate all Majit, Jagdeep and their colleagues have done to help with the purchase. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience and looking forward to enjoying the car many years to come!

I am very happy with the Service and Franz Krieg, my sales person. Franz was knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions in great detail. He was charming and made buying a Mercedes a pleasure. I will definitively purchase my next car from Franz again.
