Excellent service at the sales department. Michael, P was very professional. Minus one star because of the lady at the finance department, Krystal, S. It was a Sunday night and we paid cash by check and asked to hold the check for 3 days to ensure the money was transferred on time.. She said ok but turned around to deposit the check on Monday. I don't know if she did it in purpose because we didn't purchase anything she tried to sale to us, or was just day dreaming during our paperwork processing and forgot what she promised us. Luckily, our money was able to transfer to the account on time. But the service we received from Krystal was unprofessional.
