Since I first met John Vierra, he was most welcoming and very honest. He did not exclude any details and told me specifics about the vehicle, as well as how to use certain features.He didn't hesitate to us different models that could suit our needs.He showed and test drove five different cars with us. The great thing is, he didn't show any signs of slowing down or being tired! He was always there to answer our questions and hear us out. He also talked with his managers and got us the best deal. Feeras went out of his way to help with the ordering process, to make sure I got everything I wanted, delivering the new car to my house, and giving me a rundown of all new features on my car (even taking several phone calls from me with questions the day it was delivered). Overall very positive experience. Although my financial advisor would have preferred more a of a break on the price, similar to what we got from Berksfield dealership with my last lease :-). but Feeras was great!
