Feeras went out of his way to help with the ordering process, to make sure I got everything I wanted, delivering the new car to my house, and giving me a rundown of all new features on my car (even taking several phone calls from me with questions the day it was delivered). Overall very positive experience. Although my financial advisor would have preferred more a of a break on the price, similar to what we got from Berksfield dealership with my last lease :-). but Feeras was great!

I believe this dealership engages in a practice some people call “bait and switch”. They often advertise an affordable car without publishing an actual picture of the vehicle. However, when I inquire about purchasing the vehicle, their standard response is that the vehicle is their shop for inspection and they’ll call me when I can see it. Of course the dealership never calls. Most times the dealership will ask me if I’m interested in seeing other cars on their lot.

Best car purchase experience I have had yet. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The purchase and finance process was straightforward and efficient. This is a reflection of the people that work their and their leadership.

Professional, on-time, informed, non-pushy, made me feel at ease, and was helpful throughout the entire procedure. Be patient with me.
