I've been buying cars from Autobahn for about a decade. I'm on my 6th or 7th so I'm well qualified to judge this dealership. The ONLY reason I go there is because I love working with sales person Franz Krieg. I gave up on their service a couple of years ago and started taking my Autobahn purchased vehicles to the new SF Mercedes in South San Francisco - much better experience. Autobahn reminded me again today why they suck. I bought a new GLC from Franz a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday it had some software issues so they promised to send someone to pick up the new car and leave me with a loaner. (While that may sound like great service, they are doing it because I'm also in the process of having a 2021 GLE450 repurchased by Mercedes because it was a lemon - another story...) The window today was from 10am to 2pm. I've been stuck waiting for them for over 4 hours. No one called, no one showed up. I called them and left a message which was returned soon after saying they would send someone out within the hour. Would it have been that difficult to call me at 10 and let me know they were going to be late?
