So the buying the vehicle (paperwork) was good, but I am very disappointed at the quality of the vehicle sold. I purchased a certified pre owned 2017 C300 and drove 3 hours to pick it up from them and 5 days later the motor blew on it. Now with that being said I think if anything was wrong with the car it would be caught during the inspection to make the vehicle certified pre owned. This is the reason for the low star review. Sales people were very nice, but I am guessing technician wise not very happy with them. Now the cars is in the shop and I have no loaner car to use. Best thing about it though its under warranty still. So after them going above and beyond to have my vehicle fixed by them, and driving me down a loaner car and delivery my car after the work was done. I would have to say I am going to recommend them to everybody. Great customer service and good people there. Thanks again. Also Njck was awesome to work with.

James Molakides did a great job of balancing the need for the dealer to make a profit and being my advocate to make a deal happen. Once deal agreed, I was able to drive off the lot the same day with the G63 I wanted.

I needed to have an airbag replaced because of a recall. The dealership reached out to me and scheduled an appointment promptly when I wanted it. The facility was excellent and clean. They took good physical distance precautions and the staff wore masks. The service team identified a few other issues with my car which were taken care of while the car was in the shop. I had a loaner car while they worked on my car. Overall, I had an excellent experience. My customer relations guy-Johnny--was especially helpful and kept me informed along the way.

Going to Autobahn Motors is like going to the best Dealer in the U.S. I have been visiting Autobahn for 4 years and have purchased a car for my grandmother here. If you have a chance to buy a car ask for Jonny V and if you need service ask for Johnny Lam. These two are the best and will always be honest with you.
