Chris and Mateo did a fantastic job explaining the 2024

Chris and Mateo did a fantastic job explaining the 2024 Dodge ram 1500, 6 foot bed To me. They also explained my leasing options clearly, and made me feel comfortable making a decision to use Boulder Dodge. I’ve not yet purchased a vehicle, but when I do, I will definitely be working with Matteo.

The folks here have been great.

The folks here have been great. Efficient, highly competent and knowledgeable. I bought a used partially converted van and I consistently get all my service there and they have kept it running well. My daughter and I just got home from 10 day trip and all went smooth. I highly recommend their service.

I must express my profound disappointment in my recent

I must express my profound disappointment in my recent visit to your dealership.I made a considerable effort to visit your establishment, only to find that there was a lack of interest in working with me. I understand the concept of supply and demand, but what I cannot comprehend is the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed during my visit.To add insult to injury, I was made aware that the individuals I was dealing with were facing personal challenges, particularly with a family member in the hospital. While I sympathize with their situation, it is unacceptable to use such circumstances as leverage to guilt-trip a potential customer.Furthermore, the fact that it was 8 o'clock at night, well beyond regular visiting hours, should have been an indication of the dedication required in the sales profession. Instead, I felt unwelcome and dismissed.I have no intention of naming the individuals involved, as I believe in preserving their dignity. However, I want to make it clear that I will not tolerate being treated with such disregard and insensitivity.Your refusal to work with me over what I perceive to be a trivial matter is indeed your loss, but it is also a revelation of your dealership's values and priorities. Rest assured, I will not only refrain from conducting any future business with your establishment, but I will also dissuade others from doing so.I trust this email serves as a wake-up call to address the shortcomings in customer service and professionalism within your dealership.

Very efficient.

Very efficient. Ordered the required part. Called me immediately when it arrived. Set appt within 2 days and fixed it quickly. Even provided me an office so I could work while it was being done. Jeff Olivier(sp?) is a pleasure to work with, friendly and very helpful.
