Attention car owners seeking repair services: I feel

Attention car owners seeking repair services: I feel compelled to share my experience working at Boulder Dodge as a previous employee. It is my utmost recommendation that you consider alternative options for your car repairs. One of their advisors, Jeff, has a troubled past and is a registered s*x offender. I have witnessed instances where he displayed inappropriate behavior, including racial slurs and sexualizing female customers. Moreover, the overall work environment at Boulder Dodge is highly challenging. Daily encounters with verbal abuse are not uncommon, especially for lube technicians who receive minimal training, and main technicians also face unjustified hostility. This toxic atmosphere has resulted in a high turnover rate among advisors, as Jeff's aggressive behavior extends beyond the staff members. In my opinion, significant improvements can only be achieved through the immediate termination of Jeff. Until this change occurs, I strongly advise seeking car repair services elsewhere. Thank you for considering this information."

I’ve had an awesome experience at this dealership.

I’ve had an awesome experience at this dealership. They tackled a difficult turbo issue that required multiple visits. Everything was replaced/fixed under warranty. No hassles, honest prompt communication. I wish every experience at a car dealership was this good.

I have had nothing but great purchase and service experiences here. They are always great at communicating anything and are never pushy about what needs to be done. The service manager is very on top of things and runs a great team.

My eco diesel Ram 1500, under extended warranty,

My eco diesel Ram 1500, under extended warranty, broke down on the highway due to a faulty EGR cooler. The service manager, Jeff, told me that parts are not available, and that it may take up to six weeks to repair my vehicle. When asked if I could assist them in the part search, Jeff sent me a list (all parts but one were in stock @ the factory, and I was able to source the remaining part from two sources and could have it delivered in 24 hours). Having contacted Jeff On October 31st, to see if I should order this part (I was willing to pay for it in order to get My vehicle back), radio silence ensued. Prior to sending my request, Jeff also stated that in addition to the faulty EGR cooler, my vehicle also needed new tires (true, they are worn, but are under warranty), oil change (i completed this recently but didn't erase the error message), an air filter and injector cleaning - around $2k of extras. I responded that I wanted them to proceed only with the warranty items and recalls - nothing else. Finally, after a week and multiple attemts to contact Jeff, I received a reply: Boulder Dodge will not perform the warranty repairs and safety recalls unless I purchase all of the other "repairs" from them, some of which they had already undertaken (against my explicit wishes). Furthermore, Jeff requested that I simply pay the bill for this illicit work and have my vehicle towed to another Ram service center For the necessary repairs and remaining recalls. Amazing. Boulder's a small town and I am a well-connected Boulder business owner. You can bet I will be telling this story to everyone who will listen.
