I've added some to my previous review because it seems important. As I wrote before: I was very satisfied working with Tony. He was very helpful with all sorts of aspects of buying a used vehicle and even was willing to go the extra mile when it looked like there might be a missing jack for using the spare tire. He was both professional and personable. I never felt pressured to buy. What I've added: One thing I did not like: they clean the vehicle with something that makes the floors VERY VERY slippery. So slippery that it is dangerous!!!! One could slip off the steps into the van or off the floor and injury oneself They need to find a different cleaner!!!!!!

The service center is really bad. Customer service is poor. Technicians do not know what they’re doing. I brought my ram truck between February and March cause the air suspensions malfunctioned. They said it was the air compressor so had that installed. Few weeks later same issue. They put in a new air compressor for the second time. Same issue kept happening. They misdiagnosed the suspension failure on MANY other occasions. That cost me 6 months and thousands of dollars. They never admitted their fault and made me pay thousands of dollars for their mistakes.

These guys were amazing! They took the time to help me find the best deal for our small business. They went above and beyond making sure our needs were met. Thanks Boulder Chrysler!
