Augie the service manager was absolutely fantastic.

Augie the service manager was absolutely fantastic. He was able to have my truck repaired in a timely fashion and track down my warranty. I definitely recommend the service dept and ask for Augie if you need help!

John, Joe, Billy & Christian treated me like family

John, Joe, Billy & Christian treated me like family yesterday! These are “True Gentleman” who pulled out all the stops to make me happy. Professional, kind & courteous to save the very least! Worst dealer to get car repairs, gave my car in for a new

Worst dealer to get car repairs, gave my car in for a new cat converter which will cost over 3k, and getting run around, about “part being on order” was told when I brought in will be done in a few days. If they will sit on I should have been lent a car for the two weeks I am still waiting

I know Tina for many years.

I know Tina for many years. She has sold me four vehicles now. She is a very knowledgeable and personable sales person. Very educated on all the information about the vehicles and the very patient person. The whole experience at the dealership was great. I got a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and I love it. John Whitbeck was fantastic!

John Whitbeck was fantastic! He definitely makes the car buying experience less stressful, and is a no pressure kind of guy! Very Professional! I have wanted a for a Toyota Tacoma for quite some time now. This dealer had a very fair price on the car and John was excellent! They aren’t lying about no fees either! Bill in financing was also excellent, honestly until now I have never met a finance manager I liked. But Bill was excellent and very personable. Was able to get me the rate I wanted and even get me a full Toyota Warranty! I can honestly say Bill is the first finance manager I have ever met that truly has the customers best interests in mind.

This most pleasant car buying experience I ever had, As

This most pleasant car buying experience I ever had, As advertised there were no games or last-minute surprises-hidden fees. I saw a car on-line I liked, and I checked the Car Fax and Kelley Blue Book value, The car was right on the mark for fair market value. I went to the dealership and the car had already been sold. The salesmen Troy took my name and number and told me he would give me a call in another similar car came in. The next day Troy called and informed me that the person who bought the car I wanted backed out of the deal and that it was now available again. I went to the dealership the next day inspected the car and test drove it. The car had been fully serviced & detailed and had four new tires installed. There was no haggling because the price was right, and the deal was done. The was the most stress-free car buying experience I ever had with no buyer's remorse. I thank Troy and Finance Manager Bill D for making it such an easy and pleasant car buying experience.

This place is as bad as Huntington Jeep.

This place is as bad as Huntington Jeep. My wife's 22 Grand Cherokee has a check engine light on. She calls for service after a bad experience with Huntington service. The service call center tells her she won't need a loaner and the issue will be resolved the same day (this is after having gone in 3 weeks ago for this issue and being told that she would have to come back and it would be resolved). She shows up today and Mike tells her that she now needs to leave the car for days, without getting a loaner. What is she supposed to do? So I call and try to schedule the appt, and now I'm told that she CAN'T have a loaner because we got the lease elsewhere?!?!? What kind of xx is this?? Who cares where I got the car?? Its a F#^@%#G Jeep... You're a Jeep dealership. I tell you what, Honda doesn't treat their customer base this way.

Brad in Service is awesome.

Brad in Service is awesome. We recently brought our Jeep Grand Cherokees in for service, and as always Brad made it a great experience. Brad always takes the time and goes the extra mile. My son was in from Massachusetts and he had run over debris on the road. As a worried mother, Brad made sure everything was tip top before the car was returned to us. We bought several jeeps at this dealership and have always had a great experience. Brad is top notch and a great asset to the Smithhaven family.
