Love our new truck!

My husband and I bought a Dodge Ram 1500. This is the second purchase facilitated by Jeff. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. We recommend you stop in and see him!

Beautiful new Jeep Cherokee

Salesman Greg was knowledgeable and helpful. Once we decided to buy, he had everything ready for us, which was very respectful of our time.

Jeff Bell...A Pleasure to Work With

Yesterday, I went to the Smith Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership to test drive a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Jeff Bell was my salesperson, he made the initial process of providing car dealership paperwork a breeze. Then, he went out of his way to find me the exact car to test drive, that I was interested in purchasing. He quickly found me the package options to meet my budget, plus provided extras I didn't expect to get. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. I think, I actually don't hate car buying anymore.

Great

Jeff was great. We went to this dealer first and then decided to shop around. We went to another jeep dealer and came right back to this one to buy a car due to Jeff's great costumer service. My grandpa already said he would go back to buy another car from Jeff!

This place is horrible

I have had two experiences with this dealership; one in the sales dept and the other in service. Apparently my experience is not unique as many have had issues with this dealership. Sales: Everything that is wrong with the whole car buying experience is practiced here. "My sales manager just wants to say hello....what can I do to get you in a car today....what do you want to pay....I am losing money on this sale..." I came into the dealership to purchase a vehicle and after dealing with the BS they couldn't have given me the car! Why must you play the games?!? You lost a sale to someone who doesn't play games. Service: Awful. I made an appointment two weeks ago for my Jeep's service and scheduled a loaner. Their state of the art system (see sheet of paper) with the names of those waiting for a loaner didn't have me on it. The employee who took the reservation failed to put it down and the end result is the customer gets screwed around. I am taking my car elsewhere and will not return to this dealership and hope you won't either!

Great

I was recommended to Jeff Bell who took the time and effort to meet my needs. He was an expert about the Jeep Grand Cherokee and took the time to explain every feature. I have bought many cars in the past, and never had someone spend the time after the purchase to explain how to get the most out of the vehicle.

Very good salesman and financial consultant

The salesman was very professional and went out of his way to help us look at and test drive the grand caravan we were looking to purchase. It was a very hot day and he walked us through out the lot showing us all the types of caravans that were in stock. He spennt a great deal of time discussing the options each caravan had and even went to the financial administrator to help us get a rebate on the vehicle
