The General manager was rude and condescending.
The General manager was rude and condescending. The arrogance was outstanding! I know there was a shortage of cars but to tell me ( after 30 years of loyal Honda/Acura ownership) that they will sell a demo unit with 5000 miles for sticker price was insulting....more so was the take it or leave it comment! needless to say next day we bought a 2022 Infiniti. We are done with Acura.

Denise was awesome to work with - very personable and listened to what my needs were. Not a lot of used inventory available right now and the prices are insane. Denise was very helpful in that she mentioned the vehicle I test drove was going to go quickly. When we returned to the dealership, there was someone waiting to test drive that same vehicle. Denise made a subtle suggestion that if I wanted to buy the car, I needed to say so now. Not pressured but rather looking out for me - you snooze, you lose otherwise. The process to buy the vehicle went fairly quick, too. Can't remember the last time I got out of a dealership in under 2 hours from test drive to purchase.

Tony the manager, was sincere and showed true integrity
Tony the manager, was sincere and showed true integrity in keeping his word. He went way out of his way to make sure my buying experience was honest and trustworthy. When I walked into the facility Tom my salesman talked sincerely to me, listening to my needs and being very patient with me. I have never been more relaxed walking into a dealership, everyone was kind and you were made to feel welcome. Tom stayed way past closing hours To sit in my new vehicle and show me every feature and function that my car had. Tony and Tom worked very hard together to help me find just what I was looking for. I am very picky and not easy to please. Tony stayed to the very end of the sale and they both watched me drive off, while the facility was closed. Tony went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and did everything in his power to take care of me while carrying a kind and humble attitude. He even called my insurance company and made sure that my insurance was in place before I even left the store he handled all of this in the very professional manner. Most salesman and store managers after the deal is done they act like they don’t even know you I went back in to get my oil changed and they treated me just like they did when I walked in to make a purchase. In a matter fact Tony even covered my service bill. Never in my life have I had a positive car shopping experience like I have had at this dealership. they have definitely have earned my loyalty to them and my future business. The only uncomfortable time I had is by their finance man he is nothing like those other men. He wasn’t even that kind. The dealership did not hold it against me that I was not taking a loan out , they treated me just as good or better than anyone that would be taking a loan out. and the dealership making more money this man had said Well we’re not making any money off of you.” Maybe that is why he did not have a very good attitude with me . I am not sure but I believe somethings you just need to be pleasant and keep to yourself. Matter of fact, everyone else went above and beyond what they are required in their job description. I had my car for eight years and had really shopped around for a car for a long time and I went to 12 different dealerships and this was the only dealership where I felt comfortable, I felt valued, and I felt like people really wanted to help.
