I went to pick up my daughter's car. The police had to be call it was and entire mess. Rude, nasty ,unprofessional and and completely childish. Please have a regional manager reach out. I would love to tell you more about the deplorable way I was treat. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Brought car in for sudden deceleration of car on highway and intermittent lunging of transmission. Service said they ran diagnostics on it but could not find anything. Software update was done and was given loaner for the day.
