They gave me the blues behind my car in the very beginning. Tagged it with a 30 day tag and it was in the shop the first month i had the car. They were supposed to fix my windows. Some janky mechanic rigged th and the worked for one day. I took my car for a oil change and literally 2 days latery radiator blew. It looks like someone knocked all the blades off the fan. I asked for a loaner, Tony said that the sales man had all the cars out and he didn't have any. Its been over a week still no loner? I talked to a salesman there he told me they had some. I have been nothing but nice about the situation yet i cant get a phone call back. I call and call and ended up having to call from a different phone just to get him to answer the phone. My wish is that this place be closed forever!! Im trying to be patient but i feel like they are testing me so that they can refuse me service when i go ballistic on they arses. But karma will get them easier than i can. I hate this place and hate is such a strong word for me.

We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your Dealer Rater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, as it is in our best interest that we excel above and beyond to do our utmost best in assisting all our customers with excellence and professionalism. The customer did come in for a standard oil change, which was performed. Two days later the customer called back explaining she thought she had some kind of leak. We asked the customer to bring her vehicle in and we would perform a free diagnosis. Upon our diagnosis, we discovered she had a broken blade on the cooling fan, which had hit the radiator, thus cooling fluid was leaking. The customer was quoted a price for repairs, parts and labor. The customer had not purchased the extended warranty, thus had no coverage. The customer was not happy with the price she was quoted and immediately threatened she would allow her vehicle to be reposed and that she was not going to have her vehicle fixed. The customer then demanded a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately, none were available. After some consideration, the customer agreed to repair and to prepay for ordering the parts which is a standard procedure whenever ordering parts from a dealership. It was explained to the customer that with the snow season starting, perhaps soon a loaner would be available which we would be more than happy to supply her with while her vehicle was in for repairs. But because a loaner was not readily available the customer changed her mind about the repairs and simply had her vehicle towed at a later date. No work was performed on the customer’s vehicle, nor was she charged for any services, storage fees or the diagnosis. However, there are times when having exasperated all and any means to accommodate a customer within their means, which we find it difficult that we are unable to be of assistance to get her vehicle repaired for her, as she refused any such offering. We always work within the best interest and financial ability of the customer to assist them. Sometimes this cannot always be the case. We wish this customer the best of endeavors and truly regret that we could not have been of any further assistance with our options to accommodate her. Sincerely, Hector Espinosa General Manager

Joshua and the finance department went above and beyond! They did everything to get us into the vehicle of my Dream! We definitely plan on coming back! Everyone was so friendly and you can tell they wanted to make you happy!

Joshua was awesome! I went into Jeremy Franklin having shopped at other dealerships, and I was skeptical going to another dealership. Joshua was funny, kind, and really listened to our needs as a customer. Everyone at Jeremy Franklin was great, but I am very glad that Joshua was the one that assisted my husband and I. I love my Dodge Avenger, and the experience was completely turned around. Joshua has a great personality, and is an asset, as I am sure that you're aware of for Jeremy Franklin. I was embarrassed to ring the bell, but Joshua managed to still make even that comfortable for me (That's a nice touch by the way, I like the bell ringing!). I look forwards to taking as great of care of Joshua and his group when they come in and have dinner at my restaurant, as he did for us. Thanks Joshua!

i have never had a more pleasant experience when purchasing a car. they have gone above and beyond. From the minute i walked up to the door to present day they are making sure i am satified with my purchase and know of their services available to me. even the receiptionist was very nice person and they are usually the crankiest people to deal with. i look forward to doing business again in the future with them.
