Hector has went above and beyond to make me feel valued, cared for, and appreciated as a customer. He has made sure my needs are met to the very best standard and has even stepped away from his demanding position to personally take my car for a test drive. This has let me know that inspite of what others feel about this dealership that there are people inside that genuinely care about you. Patrick in service is very informative and responsive when taking care of the maintenance issues of my vehicle. Whatever Hector explains to him to meet my needs, Patrick does it. If I could use one word it would be fantastic. It was fast and easy and I was approved in a matter of 6 hours. They were determined to get me out of there into a new car and it worked. I love the car and loved my terms. Got what I wanted and I am able to get where I am going.

Outstanding Service!
I usually don't have great experiences buying cars, do to the Lack of Customer service... But I have found my Home for buying Cars. I went this past weekend to buy a car at Jeremy Franklin Suzuki and we greeted by a well trained Sales staff ! I Bought a Used Vehicle this weekend and was treated Like a King. I will be a returning Customer and will recommend this dealer to families and friends.

I went to this dealership to buy a pre-owned car. They did not want to disclose the price of their vehicles until they got me "registered" and Dion promised me that my credit will not be hit. He went ahead and appraised my car and told me id get approved. I was a first time buyer and i filled in a credit application like he had asked and he told me he would submit it in the morning and give me a call. The next day i called the dealership and they told me that he was not working that day. I waited the next day and called him once again, and he said he was still working on it. It took him 3 days to inform me that i was approved and he will not buy my trade. I asked him if my credit was going to be hit badly and he said that it wont be hit that bad. He later called me and told me buy a car from him or never come back there again. This is the worst customer service i have ever received at a dealership and i will never go back there again. I advise anyone reading this not to go here and get ripped off. Ive received bank notifications from 10 banks because they kept submitting my credit application to any bank they could find. Afterwards i didn't get approved anywhere because of too many inquiries. They ruined my chances of getting another car.

In this particular situation the customer was a first time buyer with no credit and required a co-signer. There was an excessive amount of negative equity from the trade-in with zero cash down. To provide the best interest rate in terms available based upon the customer credit financial situation is the reason for utilizing only ten financial institutions over a 5 day period out of the 42 that are available to us. We always work within the best interest and financial ability of the customer to assist them. Sometimes this cannot always be the case. We did however achieve four different credit approvals on their behalf based on what they were trying to accomplish. The customer elected not to take advantage of this opportunity. That is very disappointing to us, as it is in our best interest that we excel above and beyond to do our utmost best in assisting all our customers with excellence and professionalism. However, there are times when having exasperated all and any means to accommodate a customer within their means, which we find it difficult that we are unable to be of assistance to get them in to that special vehicle of their choice.
