Not what I was expecting

The sales man was outstanding. But unfortunately i almost walked away because of the finance rep that had an attitude from xxxx. I ran into issues with the vehicle and have yet to get assistance or call back to get it resolved.

Oil change

Great customer service. They do wash the car after the oil change but it?s not a good job. The truck came out looking a little worse than before it went in.

Dishonest

I took my buick enclave for an oil change that i feel was over priced. Once the service was completed, i was giving a vehicle report suggesting i take care of other issues totaling over $2000.00. The problem is that i had just had some repairs done on my vevicle like installing new brakes a couple of months back. They where trying to sell me a brake service i didn't need. I was hoping for a more honest experience from this dealership, but i come to find out that they all seem to nickel and dime you. I am disappointed.

Love My New Sierra 1500 AT4, poor service.

My new Sierra 1500 AT4 had not been detailed when I arrived after notified. I actually test drove it with the road xxxx from transporting. They brought it back after 3.5 hours and it was only washed and vacuumed. The salesman said he would call me on Monday to schedule it for detailing. I had to remind him on Tuesday. We agreed on 12pm. I dropped the truck off and was informed it would be a couple of hours. Arrived back 2.5 hours later and was told it wasn?t ready and would be @4:30pm. 4:30pm salesman gives me the key fob telling me that they hadn?t even touched it. Asked me when I could bring it back. So disappointed with the service. Love the truck.

The initial buying experience was a bit rocky as I was on

The initial buying experience was a bit rocky as I was on my way from out of town to buy the truck only to be told the truck was sold an hour and a half into my trip. After I turned around and made it back home, I was told to go back as the sale didn’t go through and they can still sell it to me. I love the truck so took the 4 1/2 hr trip to El Paso. Aside from that little mishap, the sale went fairly smooth. The salesman Sergio was very nice and professional. Because he knew that I was on my way to get the truck, he made sure it was ready as soon as I got there. He had started the paperwork and the process went by pretty quick. The truck is extremely nice and Sergio was great help.
