My car was at the dealership for 12 days to replace a

My car was at the dealership for 12 days to replace a body control module. The replacement module was defective. Once that was fixed they had to reprogram the two fobs. They were unable to get one to program, had to order a new one and then it's still took 3 days to finish. Our contact Marissa was frequently out, did not call with updates and did not return our calls.

I had to take the car in for unplanned repairs.

I had to take the car in for unplanned repairs. Very impressed by the speed of the booking, and their ability to fit in the car and get the repairs done quickly. Customer service excellent, and I liked the care they took with the car - no change to driver?s seat position and the car was returned immaculate. Customer wait area okay for a short stay, not recommended for a longer than hour wait. Would use again if in El Paso,

Did my 10k service today, all work was done.

Did my 10k service today, all work was done. Which included oil change, tire rotation and 59 point inspection. They sent a video of them doing the inspection under the truck,

The staff at Group 1 GMC were helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff at Group 1 GMC were helpful and knowledgeable. However, when my wife and I were leaving the dealership after buying our car, we noticed a crack about 6 to 8 inches long on the windshield. I immediately told our salesman, and he said he’d have it repaired at no cost to us. The next week, we brought the car back for the scheduled repair, and they said they wouldn’t replace the windshield unless the crack went into our driver’s field of vision. They did say they had already sealed it and re-sealed it on this visit. They told me to bring it back if it keeps cracking. I thought that was a bit disappointing after buying a $73K car. Especially since we had already brought it to the salesman’s attention before leaving the lot, which meant it had been broken for a while.
