Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My service agent, Martin Parra, is beyond incompetent. I will never use this overpriced and under-qualifed Service Department again.

2nd Service at this dealership. Martin was my advisor, and from the start, I felt like he was a bit rude. A bit rude asking about the promotions for the services I was needing/requesting. Was told it would be 1.5-2 hours. it took almost 3 hours. There were 2 text messages sent upon checking it, but the track your vehicle was in 'Inspection' for the first 2.5 hours. The text with the 'recommendations' was sent 1 hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time. We 'recommended' 2 services, that the vehicle display said were not needed. That was exciting. Overall experience was not all that impressive. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is not the quality I would want after paying $80000 for a GMC. The only plus to this visit, was I watched World Cup Soccer on the TV while waiting.

Quick and great service. This was a pretty painless experience. Test drive was very informative. Our sales rep went over the truck features very thoroughly.

Overall satisfied. Communication could improve. Repair was done in a timely manner given that the repair parts had to be ordered and as a result I had to wait for the tech/bay to free up again.

The service was great. The waiting is too long for an oil change, but Andy took care of us by providing shuttle service to a restaurant back and forth.

Our sales representative Guillermo Veytia was very attentive to not only our Accadia purchase, but also during our eight month prior purchase of a Canyon AT4! He continued to communicate with service visits and communicates promptly with both texts and phone calls, answering all our questions in a timely manner! He knows the vehicles, their systems, and all functions on both vehicles, and has a very professional caring attitude and demeanor on all our experiences with him. The GMC Group one Team works well with all customer service communication, explanations of financial process, warranty programs, future service updates, and really providing a positive culture and setting in this El Paso dealership! I highly recommend Group One El Paso for all vehicle purchases and service to others!
