Services 3 hours for oil change
Oil change w/ curitosy wash took almost 3 hours. I was the first truck there since 7am when they opened. Will not be coming back.

Excellent!
Always excellent service at Shamaley GMC! Professional , knowledgeable and friendly staff when I go to get my Vehicle serviced my vehicle is always fixed right the first time. It always come back to me clean! I can?t say enough about the Shamaley GMC staff they are hands down the best! Mr Valle was my service writer and kept me informed about my truck. Excellent service! Delaney exceptional service advisor! Expedient, on time, and professional service. COVID 19 virus rule and regulations compliant. Vehicle returned without oil fingerprints on steering wheel and shifter. Much appreciated.

Oil change
I was not happy in my invoice it state they did not do rotation and service man said they did I feel technician don’t communicate with service man . I had not ever had any problems before

2017 yukon xl denali
Very nice people... Service Dept and others that help you when shopping a new vehicle. What's disappointing is how long it takes ( weeks/ months ) before some " parts " of a vehicle ( that needs repairs/ replacement ) to arrive. Still, we've always kept coming to Shamaley for new or to service vehicle.

Deceiving
I found a car I liked and bought it. The moon roof was inoperable and they said they would fix it. At signing, the salesman said his manager recanted cause it was too expensive to repair. Why deceive the customers like that. No manager ever came to greet us or congratulate me like they do in lots of other dealerships. My salesman “Matt” was trying though. I bought another car the next day also at Bravo, no comparison to their professionalism.
