Taken Advantage of I feel and not made good on it

My Mother and Father Went to Lexus Pembroke Pines to look at a vehicle they where not supposed to purchase it just look see if she liked it and then talk to me but i feel they must have been pressured like Some dealerships sales people do at times. Ok so you know who gets blamed for that no one just ethics i guess. However there is something to blame them for and i blame Lexus and the sales Agent Im sorry to have to say this but come on Reggie i feel you took advantage of my mom and and dad you saw someone who liked a car because she loves the color and took advantage of that. I will Explain more now. Everyone knows you should try to bargain on car prices i new from the get go that this car was being advertised way over price for the average market value of a 2015 Lexus IS with over 50k on it with no added options of feature accept for back up camera they where selling this for 20k this average market price for this vehicle i can go buy them for 17000-20,000 all day long fully loaded all wheel drivers with options even an F series could be found ok you know what Parents messed up but the dealership if they are charging full retail price like they would for a car 20k is the price of what this car should be if it was certified with the no options it had ok i would have not allowed them to buy this car at that price wish they waited but then i find out later on the car doesnt even have Floor mats in the front come on people you sell a car for full retail price of what it should be if it was perfect condition with luxury or premium options which id does not have and dont even have floor matts in it. And then Reggie when my mother asks you if you can give her a second key for the car you say no you dont feel the dealership should be responsible for that cause your already making less for the car that is BS you got my parents where a sales man wants them willing to pay full price and then lie to her about the reason you feel you shouldn't supply one come on you do say you can get them a key made at your price for 180 or something like that but that's just insulting you should supply the second key for a car that your making full retail on. you didn't even touch up or clean up the small paint chips on the door or the hood like you normal would on a used vehicle you just saw a Lady who you could get and you got here. Again this sale never would have happened under this terms it did if i wass involved wish they had listened to me but its also you Who took advantage i feel then made up excises about the extra key. i bet the dealership just took the 2nd key and sold it to your key guy to then sell themselves perhaps i dont know but that probably sounds like it but who knows. I think that you should made this good and Supply Keys and Floor Matts for this car. if something is not done i know one thing my parents wont ever be returning to your dealership i will never come to your service center with my car ever again either when im in town. I wont recommend anyone i know uses your dealership and i know alot of people in South Florida in the Lexus community so i just wanted to say this. Customer service should be your priority and you know that you should do something to make up for this cause its just sad that i feel you got over on my Parents for this. Ross. G You can reach out to me because you know who just bought a 2015 Lexus IS250 in Red from your dealership and you can match that to the last name of Goldstein and first Name of Clarice so if you want to reach out and make this good you can do that buy calling my mother and telling her what you want to do otherwise it will be a wash and just hope that others dont read this that it makes a matter to because i dont think others want to be treated like this when buying a vehicle

Jose took great care of me, did not have an appointment for my first service but got me out of there in less than an hour

I would like to drop off my car and leave right away,...

I would like to drop off my car and leave right away, rather than wait an additional 20-30 mins for my service adviser to talk with me before I can leave. I don’t understand why we can’t drop off our car for the service and get a call later about price etc. it seems a little unorganized and inconvenient for the customer who has other things to do.
