I had an appointment for 7:30 am on Monday 8/30. I left at 10:0 am. Too long x a 5k service. I never received updates on my smart phone like in past occasions. The place was busy and in the past 6 years going for service I never had to wait so long.

Quick and easy - I scheduled the service appointment online. When I arrived, they were able to explain everything they were going to do to the car ahead of time. AND... we were able to get a loaner in the meantime. Their service is exceptional!

The facility and work truly impressed me. This facility is by far the cleanest and most organized collision center I've ever seen snd I've seen a lot as a former claims adjuster. Wayne the collision service advisor was also a true professional. I've already begun spreading the word to friends and family about this place if collision center assistance is ever needed.
