They leased me a vehicle but failed to register the vehicle. I called and they gave me the run around for two weeks. I had to call the sale department to actually get someone on the line.

Went for an oil change. I was sold some tires. Looked at the receipt later to find no oil change had taken place. Perhaps there was a miscommunication. Went back one week later for the oil change. Auto assigned advisor wasn’t in that day. I eventually spoke with someone about 30 mins after scheduled appointment time. Oil change completed 2 hours later.
