Arrived at 3 pm and had to look for my car around 6 pm if

Arrived at 3 pm and had to look for my car around 6 pm if finished since I noticed the service dept with less personnel and that my service agent office is already closed for the day, I did not get a call nor text re: the car's progress and proper instructions as to the whereabout of my car. What a big difference from my BMW experience when I had their car, Additionally, Prior to service , I inquired re: my second key and did not get a call back from my sales agent as to date of availability . I had to inquire again during my recent visit ,

They called to say there was a nail in my tire and it has

They called to say there was a nail in my tire and it has to be replaced. Only to find out later they called the wrong person. 20 mins wait to drop off car for service. Meanwhile the sales person called 5 mins after checking in to service to see if I want to upgrade my car. Perhaps the sales people should check in the service cars?!?? 30 min wait to pick up car, they kept saying the car was in the car wash. 5 of us had to wait there helplessly. This is ALWAYS and issue when dropping and picking up my car from service! If I had another choice in my area, I probably would not come back here. I like the Lexus brand, but the service experience is horrible.
