Words can barely express my level of appreciation for the Service Department of Pembrook Pines Lexus today. I was visiting here with my family yesterday from Orlando for my daughter's dance competition. While driving my 2007 Lexus LS460 down the highway without incident, the vehicle suddenly made a loud scraping sound underneath the vehicle. I quickly pulled over and saw that part of the plastic splash shield underneath my side fell down onto the road, so I used some duct tape to secure the dropped panel to the frame. The next morning I went unscheduled to the nearby Lexus Service Dept. to get it fixed and was promptly greeted by Diego followed by Service Consultant Andres Gutierrez whose technician was able to secure the panel back to the underbody, & I was on my way back to the hotel in time to see my daughter compete. Thank you so much guys for the complimentary repair of my vehicle so I could safely return home the next day after the competition without further delay. You guys certainly exemplify what Customer Service means to Lexus owners. THANK YOU!!!
