Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, Needs Met

Hello to all that read this, Ron Brideweser is the most sincere and helpful service adviser I know at Tustin Cadillac. He is responsive to all questions I have in person or to quickly return my calls. The service manager, Ernie Devlugt, is always willing to discuss a particular service issue with me and strives to resolve it quickly (and usually can) or to go above and beyond to offer all resources at his disposal for more complex service needs. Tustin Cadillac service is exemplary. My visits to Tustin Cadillac service span the last 11 years and I will continue to return because of the exceptional assistance of Ron, Ernie and the rest of the team. The cars I owned over the last 11 years of service include a 2004 CTS and my latest vehicle 2014 CTS V-Sport, an absolutely world class automobile. Please share my praiseworthy comments with Ron and Ernie for all they have done and I am sure will continue to do for me. Best Regards, Martin

Best service advisor

Ron Brideweser is the reason we continue and will continue to come to the dealership. He's the best advisor anyone could ask for. He's thorough, courteous and we always feel that he has our best interests in mind. He is personable and always takes could care of his customers. In short, he's the best!

SRX Service

I was well taken care of....very speedy! What would help me is if there was a tech working during lunch from 12-1. I would like to come and drop off my car, run to lunch and come back to a completed repair.

Great service and staff!

Ray was awesome! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I purchased. I would definitely recommend him/Tustin Cadillac to friends and family.

Great service, nice facility, but expensive.

Personnel are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and they do good work. The entire facility is nice. My only complaint would be: It is expensive.

Quality Service

The service was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Tge problem was trying to make an appointment by telephone. I called service but only got a voice mail message. I left my name, etc. but no one called back. I had to call service 4 times over 2 days to finally get a human to make a service appointment. I was almost ready to call another dealer.

Tustin Cadillac

I came in for an oil change. The oil was changed, tires rotated, a service bulletin checked, and the car washed in about an hour. I sat in the lounge and worked on my laptop. Couldn't have been easier.

Great place to visit

I have always been welcomed with smiling faces and a warm greeting. Although at times the service area is overwhelmed with customers all service reps do their jobs efficiently.
