Great Staff
The only reason that I did not report the top scores was because of the time it took to repair my car - 7 days. It was disheartening to have my brand new car in the shop with issues at under 8k miles. I love my 2015 Escalade and I just hope that this was a fluke.

sales agent knowledgeable about car model and its features. willing to educate customer during research process. No pressure. Salesman very helpful, friendly. Finance department also very helpful and friendly. IT guys great!

Great Dealership
The Tustin Cadillac dealership is professional and welcoming; Ray McInnis, with whom we dealt, was very knowledgeable and personable. He was diligent in locating the specific vehicle we desired and kept us apprised of the progress all along the way. We haven't taken actual possession of the vehicle yet, due to our request for some special additions, but expect the transaction to continue smoothly to its conclusion.

Great Service
Check engine light came on and although I did not have an appointment, they got me in and in less than two hours the problem was corrected and I was back on the road. Very efficient.

Service and warranty repair
I was a walk in who was waited on by Service Advisor Jeff. Polite, answered my request to fix radio and seat problems and recommended the transmission be serviced (50,000 miles).

Consistently timely and friendly service.
I always deal with Ron in Service. He is friendly, attentive, gets me in and out and remembers me and our last discussion. Nice guy and great ambassador for the dealership. I have had no issues in the almost 5 years I have had my car.
