I just traded out my car, and thank God I did with Universal Hyundai. I met Teodoro who works at a Universal Hyundai and as we were test driving a mini van, he was able to make me feel comfortable about the deal and with the car, making sure I had no worries. The finance consultant Chris Keller was equally helpful and very thorough in explaining all the paperwork and warranties available. Kudoes to them and Univeral Hyundai. We love our new car.

A little slow to get out but it might have to do with the constant influx of people. We love the car just wish the process wasn't so long.
