From the moment we walked in and the girl at the desk could hear my impatient child, she took us right away and made sure the tv was on in the kids room. They took care of my issue on top of my service and had us out pretty quick. Then on my way out I asked the valet if he could help me put my cover on my license plate, he stopped what he was doing and him and a mechanic got it all taken care of for me, with nothing but a smile on their faces

I came in for a 45,000 mile checkup and wiper blades. The Service Advisor, Austin showed me that my brake pads were worn down in the front and recommended that I get them replaced. The service was quick, friendly and courteous.

The service personnel are professional and courteous. I purchased my RAV 4 in 2011 and have brought it to this dealership for service on almost every occasion. Some of the prices for service options are very high so I pick and choose what this dealership actually performs as sometimes I can get the work done elsewhere for 50% of their price. Overall I would recommend this dealership to others.
