The things that I did not get is the COSTCO Automotive Plans was presented by Cosmi ,sales representative , It does not reflect the price of Costco customer plan on the invoice but instead it show the msrp price.

Excellent service
The service department has always been hospitable to all of its customers, at least what I have seen. We have two Subarus and try to keep them maintained on the date requested for care. Lithia is the best!!!!!!!!!

oil change
I had my oil changed, the service office space is too crouded and the service techs are salesmen not very customer service focused. I have life time oil change on my car and they are always trying to get me to buy other service.

Easy car buying experience! I already referred a friend!
It had been 10 years since I bought a new car and I usually dread the process. Randy Goldman and Calin Varga made it a pleasant experience! I felt I was given the best deal possible and left feeling confident in my purchase. Even Doha in finance was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and Subaru. Calin even spent another 40 minutes thoroughly going over the car as the evening was getting late on a Friday night, I never felt rushed. I already sent a co-worker and she bought a new Subaru yesterday. I will probably be going back for another Subaru after I sell my Lexus. Subaru cars have many of the bells and whistles for a lot less!

Vacation Rescue
In the middle of a trip from Portland to Phoenix our rear wheel bearings started to fail. We pulled into Lithia at 1 PM and were on our way, repaired, by five. Great, courteous service that let us keep to our schedule.

Persistance pays off.
My car had a hesitation problem that manifested it self at a constant speed where the power requirement was in between coasting and adding power, very annoying. After two attempts to fix the problem while waiting for the car, David, my service rep decided to give me loner car and fix the problem, as long as took. We had a personal trip planned so we drove the loner to Napa for a wine function with an old friend. A couple of days after we returned David calls and has the problem fixed. We picked up the car and have not had a problem since. This is good news, as the previous dealer in Carson City charged me several hundred dollars and said it was fixed but the next time I went to a high altitude and descended the Check Engine light came on again. I had the problem fixed at another dealer and came to Lithia for my new car. The best thing was that Lithia without a charge.
