I have a 2022 Subaru Outback.

I have a 2022 Subaru Outback. I took my Subaru for a periodic service at 24k miles. Included in service was tire rotation. I have had a very slow leak in one tire for months, causing the TPMS to produce an alert about every three weeks. I have just added air as needed. About three weeks after my service I got a TPMS alert, which I expected. To my surprise the alert was for low pressure on the same tire location (right front). This situation tells me that the tire rotation was not performed as called for on the service work order. This gives me concern about whether any other services may not be performed as called for on a work order. This was probably an employee oversight, but for an establishment that generally expects excellence in all facets of the business, this was a disappointment.

Surprised at service last few times. Didn't really deal with issues and unable to provide proper information for warranty work. Mostly cosmetic items, but nonetheless. Disappointing

Terrible sales department, Joaquin was the worst, he has no sales etiquette. He refused to negotiate and only was willing to drop the price $200. I wouldn’t give them my money when he is obnoxious, pushy, plays games, then and wants to make profit off my offer? Nope, I’ll take my money elsewhere

Ok sales service.

Ok sales service.. didnt really offer any special services or oil changes. They did get me the car I liked from the extra storage area it was located it. However, when delivered, they literally just ran it through the carwash... not even dried. I paid for a brand new vehicle... I could see the micro scratches the carwash did on the paint. Even worse, the the windows had some dark yellow hue... Went inside and it was dirty from the inside! Surprised the salesmen delivered it to me like this so dirty.. had to clean it myself from the inside.. it was horrible. Dont expect them to give you a clean vehicle or have the decency to prep it after you buy it...

Great for the sale but downhill after that.

Great for the sale but downhill after that. Don't accept the oil change deal. Then you get hit with the gross overcharging for absolutely everything else. Just to inspect the car at 30,000 miles cost $1,000. All else like fluids, tire rotation, filters are add on. Carson City charges 20% less for pretty much everything. It is an expensive lesson. Sure do miss our Toyota Dealer who was straight, fair pricing, and a darn good vehicle.
