Sal rescued me when I was lost in Meadowood Mall looking in vain for the Avis rentacar counter somewhere inside the mall. Without him I might still be there. I am also grateful for his helpful, efficient and clear guidance through the purchase agreement and myriad other documents. Unlike the California salesman who sold me a Crosstrek Hybrid in 2020, he didn't push add-ons. Just a straight up, fair and uncomplicated transaction. Really, really appreciate him.
