Best car buying experience ever

My sales person Troy Cowan made this process a breeze! I had been searching for cars within my budget and sitting in dealerships for hrs at a time. I felt so pushed around and neglected at Honda and Toyota. But when I came to Lithia Subaru I received the best care and service. Troy took me out on a test drive and was so helpful/knowledgeable. When we got back I told him I had a half hr to make this happen (I had other appointments for the rest of the day). He was quick, explained every thing efficently and even contacted my insurance to get a copy of my proof of insurance card. We got papers signed and keys in hand within 28 min (this all happened after closing by the way - I very much appreciated the efforts made to get me my new Subaru). I was very happy with the hustle and hands on care. I was able to pick up the Subaru the next morning with my keys. Ive had a permanent smile on ever since

Respect

Often visiting dealerships, a quick view of our not so fancy attire, gets us Pre-Qualified as a No Sale to most. NOT so at Reno Subaru. They greeted us with family style energy that was unlike most dealerships that have what my husband calls "Sharks circling." 100% full transpanency of information without pressure, made for the best experience at a dealership we have ever had. Thank you for that.

Subaru Reno is Awesome

Friendly

Service was quick and the staff was very friendly. Really easy to set up appointments on-line. They did my tire rotation free, which was unexpected.

What a great service experience!

I took my Subaru in for servicing and was incredibly impressed by the speed of service, the quality of service, the friendliness of the staff and the ease of check in and check out!!!

Travis in service and Mike the mechanic were pleasant and helpful. Travis kept me informed (we had to order a part and wait for that), and Mike was quick and pleasant with the repair. Thanks!

fast oil change and tire rotation

I had to return after leaving the dealership because they did not tighten the oil plate cover and some screws had fallen out prior to getting home. When I got home I noticed a plastic piece hanging from under the car. I called Subaru explained what I had discovered, they requested that I come right back in. I did and they immediately reattached the plate and replaced the missing screws and clips.

Quick service

My appointment was at 0800 hours. Thankfully, I arrived a few minutes early because the service center is closed and completely torn up due to construction and updating the building. It would have been nice to receive this knowledge beforehand, but I was directed to the temporary service center. Misty greeted me and wrote up the paperwork and advised me it would be about an hour and a half wait. She was right on the money for length of time. She is, by far, the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful person working in that area.
