Routine Service at the Lithia Service Department.
I always take my car to the Lithia dealership for routine service. They know my car and are good advisors on what my car needs. The service employees are excellent, always friendly and always professional. If they find something wrong or that a part is worn and needs replacing, they will call and let me know the price and estimated time before I commit to the item or extra work. So, no surprises when I check the bill. I would normally say that the overall facilities deserve five stars. Right now, the service department is undergoing a renovation and the facility is a little tight. But considering the amount of people there, they still got my car serviced in the allotted time. No chaos.
