Purchasing a car at Duncan Acura was Enjoyable

I rate my car buying experience at Duncan Acura Audi as the best Ie ever hadand this was my 28th car purchase. Seldom will a dealership sales manager work directly with the customer and the salesperson to insure a satisfactory conclusion. Everyone was very considerate of my needs.

Get a Sales Man to sell cars... that might help!

When going throught the painful and long process of buying a new vehicle, you always expect to get someone in front of you who will be knowledgeable and do what he/she does best: sell cars. If that's what looking for, go somewhere else, or at least ask for someone other than Bill, the internet sales guy. He never gets back to you, when he does, won't answer the questions you asked and worse doesn't do any follow up (you literally have to chase him down!). In other terms, he's not interested in your business. Maybe he feels you're not going to buy (even though you might!) and he's already moved to the next pigeon. That's sad... this guy might want to try another job, as in: not in Sales, because he sucks as a salesman. Anyway, that pretty much ruined the whole Duncan experience for me and I bought my car where I felt I was given a little bit of consideration. Consider yourself warned, at least, you'll know what to expect!
