This was our second purchase from twin pine auto. The reason why I came back to twin pine auto was because they have the best prices around and provide small hometown customer service. I dealt with the same salesman Wyatt. He asked us questions about our daily routine so he could match the vehicle to our style of living. Having our 2yr old son with was difficult for us, however no one at the dealership seemed bothered by him running around and eating the complimentary snacks. They also provided crayons and coloring books. The experience at twin pine auto is a small town customer service. All the salesman live locally and connect with you on a personal level. Your not just a number to them. They create a relationship with you and give you honest opinions. The facility is beautiful with TV, drinks, sandwiches, and more. We never felt obligated or felt "smothered" by an eager salesman. I will continue to purchase my vehicles at twin pine because I believe in their business mode. Sell good quality cars at the best prices around, and offer hometown customer service. The only improvement would be to speed up the buying process a little.
