I had bought a car from this dealership a couple of years ago while I was in college, but it was time to trade it in for something better in the snow. I wasn't expecting to trade in my car when I originally had gone to test drive some SUV's. The staff were so nice and accommodating that I actually traded in my car that day! I'm in love with my equinox and I'm so happy that I went back to Twin Pine. Awesome staff!

When I went to Twin Pine everyone there was very welcoming and helpful. It was obvious that they really wanted to help you in every way they could. I was looking for a used car. They had one of the best selections and amazing deals.

I purchased my car from Twin Pine Auto. I ws in a severe car accident and needed to find a car quickly. I looked on line and then decided to visit the lot. I went on a Friday. Wyatt Zong waited on me. I explained the situation and my comfort level with mid sized cars. I told him what I had and how safe I felt in it. There were several cars in inventory. Since I was injured from the car accident, he drove me around the lot in a golf cart, slow and gently. He was very kind and did not pressure me. I returned the next day and Wyatt sold me the car I was leaning towards the day before. I am quite happy with the entire process and very happy with the compassion that was shown to me after my accident.

Overall this was an excellent buying experience. Excellent selection of very clean vehicles at great prices. The staff was very quick to get me on my test runs and let me process the drives with sales pressure. The buying process with no haggle pricing allows the buyer to focus on the cars and eliminates any hard sales pitching. Execution of the final sale was quick,easy,and matter of fact. They run a clean ship.... no games.

The 2013 Honda Civic was well kept, clean all-around, and a great buy. Though we were purchasing near the end of the work day, Steven Gockley stayed after hours to secure the purchase and funding. Excellent attitude and friendly service left me with a good satisfaction that I would truly purchase a car here again in the future. I drove off the lot with my Honda the same day I first looked at Twin Pine's car lot.

I was very happy with my first experience at Twin Pine Auto! I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and the whole process was quick! When I was sitting in the waiting area, customers were coming in the door and I could over hear them saying to a salesmen they bought their last car there and looking to buy another.
