Made an appointment to test drive and potentially buy a 2013 Kia Soul. The appointment was made via email and confirmed as we drove to the dealership. Moments later, I received a phone call from car salesman Seth. Seth told me that "Linda" had an appointment to see the same vehicle at the same exact time. When we arrived at the dealership, Seth greeted us, explained the car's features and took us for a test drive. We agreed to purchase the vehicle. We intended to pay cash and agreed go a few blocks to obtain a Cashier's check rather than a personal check per the manager's request. At that time, Seth told us that the manager reported that we had to wait for "Linda" to arrive and she would have preference to buy the car before us if she wanted it "because she made an appointment first." Seth told us where to get "soup and a sandwich and I'll call you back in an hour to tell you what Linda decides." On each table, there was a plastic sleeve with the dealerships policies. Number 1 in yellow high-lighter, was "First Come, First Serve. " It explained that this dealership does not hold vehicles or take deposits on their cars. Hmmmm. Last I heard from Seth, "Linda" could not get approved financing and I was asked to wait another 10 minutes for another bank to respond. Incidentally, we never met the manager ~ and the car was for sale on the lot for 179 days at that time!

Our salesman, Fred, was fantastic! Very friendly, informative and had a great personality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a quality car.

I had been in the car business for 10 plus years prior to changing careers. This dealership is the epitome of what a dealership should be. The atmosphere is great and relaxing. Our salesman, Brock Haller was great. The cars here are very clean, ready to go and at a very good price. If you want a great car at a great price, without all the hassle of the normal back and forth, this is the place you want to buy your next vehicle. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO BUY MY NEXT VEHICLE.

Salesman was friendly and down to earth. I came in knowing what I wanted and did not feel like I was being pressured in to anything by the Salesman, Fred. I was immediately offered something to drink and something to snack on. No hassle test drive. Overall great experience and service from Fred.

I purchased 2014 Toyot Corolla Sport car from Twin Pin Auto Group in November, 2016. I was looking online and come acrose to Twin Pin Auto Group. My first time ever at the dealer, I met Josh Yoder. Josh's a best saleman, he's friendly, treat customer very well, and with respect. Josh listern to you or customer and doesn't try to push you to buy car. He can walk you through by explan to you step by step the best choice, great deal, and great car. I find that Twin Pin Auto Group treat the customer very well, they have great car, and they can give a great sale value (price).

I was helped by Fred, he was very helpful and not pushy at all. They had a great selection of cars and their pricing was excellent. I was on a very tight budget and I was able to find a nice Jetta with very low mileage within my budget. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go back.
