2012 edge

Salesman was very nice. I forgot my lug wrench in my trade in and got it the next day no problem. Salesman asks how?s the edge running? I say well it pulls to the left when the steering wheel is straight . He says did you check the air pressure ?I say yes I just did that . He thinks for a couple of seconds and shrugs it off basically have a nice day thank you. Doesn?t ask if I want some one to look at it, like it was a done deal and seemed he didn?t really care or maybe he was trying to sell another car or eat lunch ; I don?t know. I?m not saying the guy wasn?t nice he was very polite . So I just paid 14000 to go and get my own alignment thanks

Excallent service

Dave is great. Everytime I come in for service I leave with a very good feeling. He honors my warranty when possible and the work is always done to my satisfaction. Fred is also an asset to the company.
